[MR] Classes with limits at WOW

To the populace, 

Thank you for your patience and desire to preregistration for classes at WOW.  My staff and I have created several drafts of a sign-up form but none have performed the desired actions.  At this time we cannot provide a sign-up electronically and apologize for the inconvenience this may case.  Sign-ups for classes with limits will occur in the village the day the class is to be taught starting at 8:30 am.  This is the best way to remain fair to all attendees.  We will post a list of full classes and schedule changes near the main entrance to the village. Thank you again for your patience.  We hope to see you at war.
