[MR] Ice Castles Refund Requests

For those who preregistered for Ice Castles, which was canceled due to
weather, the deadline to request a refund is this Saturday, February 6th.

To request a refund, please contact the Exchequer with your information
(name on the check, sca name, address for the refund, etc.) and what refund
you are requesting (gate, feast, or both). The Exchequer is Lady Zarra de
la Vega
exchequer at black-diamond.atlantia.sca.org

I guess it goes without saying that any unclaimed preregistration funds
would become a donation to the Barony, which I'm sure they would
appreciate, since they lost an opportunity to fundraise for both themselves
and the Virginia Tech student group.
