[MR] Fall University class proposal acceptance dates extended!

Greetings,

Due to the general focus on Pennsic during this time of the year, the
deadline for accepting class proposals for Fall University, both track and
individual classes, has been extended to *August 12, 2015.*

This will be an outdoor university setting where instructors can showcase
not only traditional university classes, but also arts and sciences that
are not traditionally allowed in a school or church setting (i.e.: metal
working, outdoor cooking, beadwork, archery, thrown and siege weapons,
brewing, large scale woodworking) as well as large field settings for melee
and a variety of martial classes.

Camping will also be available and Curia will be held after the excellent
day of classes.

If you are interested in sending in a class proposal, please include the
following information:

- Instructor name (SCA and modern)
- Class title
- Fees (if any)
- Max number of students (the default maximum is 25)
- Duration of class (1 hour, 2 hours, or more)
- Class description
- Any special requests including equipment or space requirements for the
class, as well as any conflicts. This includes equipment the instructor
would need from the site. E.g.: projector, sturdy tables, etc. Equipment is
not necessarily available, but it can't hurt to ask. Due to the nature of
the outdoor setting specific requests are encouraged to ensure your class
can work the way you'd like, if we can accommodate.

Although University is a free event to attend it is not a free event to
hold, so please consider a small donation ($5) to be given at Troll or the
Registration table the day of.
