[MR] Specifications for panel in the Atlantian sheet wall

Greetings.

The Atlantian sheet wall is a beautiful thing. But there is one thing wrong with it. It doesn't include a panel for the Barony of Hawkwood.

Now, we'd *love* to have a panel in the sheet wall. In fact, we view it as our patriotic duty. But we can't get the specs. Various people have asked and no one has told us. 

I know we need the size of the sheet, the placement of the grommets, the measurements for the border, and what color the border should be. But there's probably more. I have no idea.

Anyway, this has really gone on long enough. Literally years. Could someone please tell me what the specs are? Or who to ask? Because I'd hate to bug Their Majesties with this simple question. But if that's what I have to do for the Barony of Hawkwood to take its rightful place in the Atlantian sheet wall, I will.
