Today the BBC is featuring an excellent photo show covering the life of "The White Queen", Elizabeth Woodville (1427-1492): http://www.bbc.co.uk/arts/yourpaintings/mypaintings/The-White-Queen/my-collection/ . The images feature paintings of Elizabeth herself, and from her family, and her enemies. The commentary gives an excellent introduction to the life of this remarkable woman.

This slide show supports a page featuring articles and clips from the docudrama THE WHITE QUEEN currently playing on BBC One: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p018sxqp . I don't know if this program will be broadcast in the U.S., but it apparently can be picked up on an iPlayer.
