[MR] Winter University Cancelled

It is with deep regret that I am compelled to officially announce the
cancellation of Winter University, that was scheduled for March 2nd,
due to a lack of bids. I am grateful to the many last minute attempts
to secure a site, despite the lack of results. I apologize to the
Shire of Berley Cort for not following up with their bid inquiry well
in advance, but at the time I had hoped for a bid from further south.
I am hopeful to have a choice of bids for Summer University for June
8th, and that missing the winter session will inspire groups to look
for sites and put together bids for future University of Atlantia
sessions.

I encourage our warriors to attend the Muster in Clarksville, VA that
weekend, as well as the Scribal Workshop that Bright Hills is hosting
on March 16th.
