[MR] Ice Castle Update

Good Evening All,

As a quick update this evening, I have had word from those that have
traveled from outside the Barony that the major interstates are currently
clear and no issues traveling at this point.  The same can be said for 460
and 42 leading to the site.  The back roads are still likely uncertain, so
anyone traveling non-major routes please be careful.

Ice Castle will be going off at normal time tomorrow and I hope to see many
people there.
