Greetings all,

If you are on Facebook and have noticed our official Facebook page ( 
Facebook.com/AtlantiaSCA ), I would direct you to our about statement: 
"*The Kingdom of Atlantia Facebook Page is a place for you to share 
about the people, events, and activities that have made and continue to 
make Atlantia the Kingdom it is today.*"

Yesterday I had the joy of sharing on Atlantia's Facebook and Twitter 
pages the good news about Mistress Elizabeth Harlyn being placed on 
vigil shortly after it took place. Earlier this month we put out a 
challenge to have members of the populace share images of real-world 
representations of their heraldry. The response to both has been 
terrific and helps with our goal of /promoting Atlantia by celebrating 
Atlantians/.

I cannot make it to all events, but I would like to continue to be able 
to celebrate the achievements of the populace both "big" (like a peerage 
ceremony) and "small" (like the five children who helped in Lochmere's 
kitchen throughout the event or Lady Lisette la Rouxe who worked the 
kitchen all day /on crutches/) because it is the people of Atlantia that 
make this Kingdom great.

If you are at or holding an event and I can't be there, but you want to 
celebrate Atlantia through these same means, step out of view (please do 
not disrupt events with technology) and send me a quick e-mail at 
socialmedia at atlantia.sca.org or a tweet @AtlantiaSCA or contact me ahead 
of the event to get my cellphone number so you can send a text. I will 
gladly share positive messages with Atlantia and the world.
