Late upon the afternoon of the sixth of April last did Tsar Vladimir and
Tsaritsa Kalisa, most splendidly garbed and accompanied by Their champions,
enter the hall and opened Their Court.
Tsar Vladimir spoke affectingly of the pleasure that Their Majesties had
taken in serving the kingdom over the previous months. He reminded the
populace of the manner in which He traditionally ended the toasts at feast
with a toast to each and every individual citizen of Atlantia for they are
what makes the kingdom what it is.
His Majesty also noted that Prince Amos had demonstrated his prowess and
leadership in the grand combats of the day and thus proved His fitness to
reign.
As a prelude to retiring from the throne, Their Majesties then released
Their champions and retinue.
His Majesty then called forth representatives of the dukes, counts and
viscounts of Atlantia to bear witness and receive the Crowns of Atlantia.
Heads high, though bare of the crowns, Vladimir Ivanovich Aleksandrov and
Kalisa Aleksandrovna then left the hall to the cheers of the populace.
To these actions I bear witness and testimony as herald for the Tsar and
Tsaritsa upon this day,
Alisoun
