First remove:

Roast shoulder of pork or shoulder ham (depending on availability), with honey-mustard glaze.
Savory white cabbage
Sweet red cabbage
_Oyster-hlafas_ -- cream cheese whipped with chopped smoked oysters and served in a bread boule.

Second remove:
