As the holiday season draws ever closer and the cooling breezes and fallen
leaves herald the coming of fall, now is a wonderful time to come and
displays your wares for the pleasure of the populace at Chalice on
Saturday, October 20th. Please join us in getting all and sundry in the
mood for a little pre-holiday spending. Remind them all that Twelfth Night
is quickly approaching so wouldn't it be heavenly to get that holiday
shopping done a bit early so one could relax in the holiday glow?
A lovely clear flat space has been designated for all merchants overlooking
the event calling attention to your wonders and giving you a clear view of
the activities held below. And there is no additional charge for
merchanting at this event. Please contact me with your tent dimensions,
whether it is a period tent, the name of your business, phone#, what you
are selling and any links to your wares. I will be posting a email with
updated merchants attending the week before Chalice when I ask for any
final participants to chime in. I will send you a map of where you will be
via email on the Thursday prior to the event and I will be at troll to
direct you as well. You are also more than welcome to take advantage of our
lunch delivery service. Please include that in your email as well.
Thank you in advance for your participation and attendance and for keeping
the Arts & Sciences alive and well in our realm.
Yours in Service,
Lady Kim of Wolfshaven
