[MR] Field Space Available at Chalice

As Apollo drives his fiery chariot ever forward in a race across the sky,
so does another day draw to an end and bring us yet step closer to Chalice
of the Sun God on Saturday, October 20th.

Why fight the crowds in the morning to place your tent or dayshade near the
fighting field? Wouldn't it be a wonderful sight for your champions to
witness you there, cheering them on...your pavilion bearing their regalia
and colors...banners flying in the breeze beckoning all of them onto
victory? If you would like to be one of those front and center, please
register your dayshade or tent with us in order to engender the best
possible viewing of the fighting participants on this day.

Please send me the size and dimensions of your tent or pavilion, whether or
not it is "period" or "modern" and what name your would like to register
the space under. A large diagram of tents ringing the field will be at
troll to let you know where you will be. Field space reservations will only
be taken until end of day on Wednesday,  October 17th. Those putting in a
reservation will have a priority on space right on the field.

Also as an added bonus, if you have a reservation for the fundraiser lunch
that is being provided that day or if you feel the urge to participate when
you get there, I would be delighted to deliver any lunches and drinks
ordered right to your accommodations so that none of you would not have to
tear yourself away from any of the activities. If you would like to
take advantage of this, please let me know when you drop me a note that you
would like to avail yourself of this service.
