[MR] Possible Scadian House

Greetings fellow Scadians!

I am writing to see if there is any interest for a Scadian house in 
Frederick.
I am thinking of purchasing (when my settlement comes through) a large
building in downtown Frederick.

Each person or couple would share two rooms --a bedroom and study/
sitting room. More rooms would be available for a higher rent. Bathrooms
would be communal and partitioned.

Each person, couple, or family would be responsible for their own breakfast
and lunch, dinner would be communal with cooking duties; each family/couple/
person taking an evening.

There would be a rotation of chores/duties. Rent would include room, 
heat, AC,
water.
