Greetings Atlantia.  This weekend we gather in lovely Jamaica, VA for
Coronation.  Please be aware of the following:

 

#1 There are still feast spots available and will be sold at registration,
first come, first serve.
#2 If you have not requested list field space, you may still do so.  The
field coordinator is Master Jean Claude de Calais ( baronjc [at] Verizon
[dot] net .  If you have already requested space you do NOT need to send him
a message directly.



#3  Below is the schedule as it stands at this moment.  As usual, Heralds
will announce any changes if necessary

 

Friday

4pm                       Site Opens / Registration Opens

11pm                     Registration closes for the night

 

Saturday

8am                       Registration Opens
9am                       A&S Registration opens
10am                     TRM Final court

                                Coronation ceremony
Following Ceremony     Fighting,  Archery, & Equestrian demo
12:00 - 1:00         Lunch ($5)
2:00pm                 Landed Baronage reception
2:45-3:30              Atlantian Artisanal Largesse meet 'n greet in the A&S
Hall
4:00pm                 Evening GREAT Court
6:30                        Feast

Noon                     Site Closes
