[MR] Highland River Melees fighting authorization info

Greetings to the list!

I will be the MOL for the upcoming Highland River Melees. (See website for
more info about the event:

We had a LOT of authorizations there last year, so I'd like to get some of
the paperwork out of the way in advance to save some time at the table for
all fighters who wish to authorize or renew their fighter cards. If you
wish to authorize for the first time, authorize in a new weapon form,
transfer into Atlantia from another SCA kingdom or renew an expiring
authorization card, for heavy combat, rapier or youth combat, please send
me PRIVATELY at lilkender at gmail.com the following information:

Fighter's legal name
SCA name (whether or not it's registered)
Mailing address where your new card will be sent
Phone number
Email address
Home branch (barony or shire you live in, not the household you play with)
Membership number if you are a member

There is a $5 fee to be paid to me at the event, or there is a new
promotion this summer called the Platinum Card, where you pay $10 the first
time and $1 for each new weapons form or renewal in Atlantia, forever or
until you lose the card.

Please spread the word if you know of fighters who want to authorize at HRM
this weekend. Once they are authorized, they are allowed to fight at the
event, so it is better for them if we can get the authorization done early;
then they have the rest of the day to fight.

You will need to have SCA-legal armor, so please be sure your kit is ready
or you have borrowed the items you need.
