Yes.  And the State Fair owns Meadow Farm (yes Lord Mungo, the one by Kings
Dominion). The farm was the birthplace of Secretariat (which really ticks
off folk from Kentucky) and apparently the only investor that was
interested in 'helping' the State Fair stay solvent was a developer.
Ahh...Secretariat Estates...can't you just see the cheap crackerbox hovels
with their 1/4 million price tags on all that beautiful pastureland??
