The actual entity entering the Chapter 7 bankruptcy is The State Fair of Virginia, Inc.  As far as the press release states it is the large venue right down the street from King 's Dominion.  All events there, including Strawberry Hill Races, the State Fair of Virginia and the Meadow Highland Games & Celtic Festival are also shut down (plus any outside events scheduled the be held on the grounds) until the court proceedings conclude and their rights are either released or terminated.
