[MR] Updates for Pennsic Recovery Party

Greetings to the list this fine day.  Here are the updates for the Pennsic Recovery Party this Saturday, August 25th.
 
Due to unfortunate circumstances, we do not have a Rapier Marshall for this event and we have not been able to find another who could serve.  Therefore, we are forced to cancel the Rapier portion of this event.
 
Thank you to all who have let us know you are planning on attending!  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.  Please remember your membership cards, feast gear and goblets.
 
There is still time to let us know you would like to attend - just drop me a line off list.  Food shopping begins early tomorrow morning - so let me know by MIDNIGHT TONIGHT PLEASE!

10:00 am      Site/Troll Opens
11:00 am      MOL Opens
11:30 am      Authorizations & Inspections
12:00 noon   Fighting Begins
  1:00 pm     Lunch (hot dogs, chips, fruit, lemonade)
  3:30 pm     Court
  6:00 pm     Site Closes
