Atlantian Spring Tournament is quickly upon us!  If you did not pre-reg via
ACCEPS-it is closed.  Please send me an e-mail letting me know you are
coming!  dollymore at comcast.net You will pay the site fee when you arrive. DO
NOT mail checks.

 

If you want your dayshade on the list field, PLEASE send me the dimensions
of your shade.  dollymore at comcast.net  Site opens at 2pm Friday May 4, 2012
You are welcome to set up your stuff anytime after that.  I'm camping, early
arrivals Saturday are good too!

 

Food is included in the site fee and I'd like a number close to reality for
the cooks!  There is NO shame in missing ACCEPS! Over 80 people have mailed
me with their intention to attend!  If you send that mail and cannot come,
you are not in trouble.  Really!

 

This morning, the extended weather forecast is calling for a beautiful day
with temps in the 70's.
