[MR] Question for Retainer-types

I well know that we who choose to serve as retainers do so out of a love 
of our Royals and our game, and that we don't expect more than a verbal 
'thanks' upon occasion for our service.  But, as a retainer, what small 
thing would you love to receive as a thanks gift that would make your 
life (and/or your service efforts) a little easier/more fun...?
