[MR] Letters of Intent for Crown Tourney

[TRM Atlantia]

Unto the populace of Atlantia, greetings from Bryan and Brianna, King and
Queen.

As Our Crown Tourney draws nigh, We are pleased to be receiving so many
letters of intent.  The published deadline had passed on the 15th.  We have
heard from many of the populace who had not seen that publication, and so
are sending this final missive.

All who have submitted letters to Us have had them acknowledged at this
time.  If you haven't received this word, please send your letter again.
If you intend to fight for the Crown, We would appreciate receiving your
letters by 10 PM on Monday.  As before, We reserve the right to accept
letters which We may receive after that time.  We intend to publish the
List on Monday night or Tuesday.

Per Atlantian Law, letters must include:

   - Their modern and SCA names along with their address(es), email
   address(es) and phone number(s).
   - Membership information (membership numbers and expiration dates).
   - Any additional information requested by the Crown.

Letters should be addressed to Us (trm at atlantia.sca.org) and to the Kingdom
Seneschal (seneschal at atlantia.sca.org).
