sean, i have the same italian bill. plus a few of the others.we all have planted people with full shots. thats just a typical atlantian love tap.the foam material has not changed.
see, the duct tape plus padding add mass to the hit. lighten up on all the paddingand the thumping lightens up too....which is why one wants to avoid using 3 rollsof gorilla tape on it. (we now have to keep the polearm under the 6 lb limit.)
by the way, i still encourage you to reinforce the back hook of that itialian withfiberglass strapping, or it will rip right off when you hook a few shields. build emmore for speed now, and you can get maximum impacts that way. unless youput in a legal version of a clacker, many just do not recognize the hit.
