[MR] Pole Arm ruling from Omarad

I have two "Italian Bill" pole arm heads from By My Hand Design. They are
padded, and if I loan them out I have to warn people not to swing too hard
as they are lethal. I once hit Sir Aradd with one and he thought he'd been
run over into by the 6"6" 300+ pound fighter next to him. And that was WITH
padding.

Did BMHD come up with a different pole arm head material than the one I
have? Please tell me that we are talking about a different type of foam head
than the one I have (Black, seems like it's made of shoe sole material)
because if we aren't, then this is a really bad rule.

Here's a thought, let's just ban unpadded pole arms. Problem solved.
