[MR] OT: 80s Book series on King Arthur?

Greetings!

The following was posted on my library list_serv.  Thought someone here
might be able to help out. :-)

"A high school classmate of mine is trying to remember a series of books we
would have read in the eighties about King Arthur.  She's told her daughter
about them and the daughter is intrigued, but I have no recollection of any
series featuring Arthur at all.....any help out there?"
