I have heard of fire-retardant canvas, but never Fire Proof canvas as the
subject of this thread suggests. It's like what the Doctor says about Water
Proof, there is no such thing as these elements can be patient and will
find a way to do what they want. I have also heard of sprays that promise
to make tents flame resistant, but I do not know of their effectiveness nor
their margin of error. Now the "upon manufacture" label is a different
story and means as long as your tent has that it is good in the states on
the label, but it seems foolish to me as the tent will loose anything
applied to it "upon manufacture" with around 90% of it's useful life left.
