[MR] Traveling To Sapphire Joust

I wish to offer Fair Warning to those who will take to the roads in Virginia to attend Sapphire Joust this weekend. 

Virginia has again again commenced an operation targeting speeders.  Saturday, I saw no less than 4 state troopers in the 40 miles between my house and the Sapphire site. 

I saw about 7 state troopers on the ride on I-95 to work this morning and my habitual speeder/coworker was among those pulled to the side of the highway with blue flashing lights behind her.  The officer told her point-blank that they would be aggressively pulling speeders in the next 7 days.  

Friends, I encourage you to observe posted speed limits, particularly on Route 360 near Amelia, unless you want the opportunity to contribute towards Virginia's road building fund.
