I dont see why the seasonal or Tri-geographic floating schedule couldnt
work... as in, either idea would be a good compromise for all involved.

I can think of a few examples where I know I could be excited about being
able to plan ahead, even if it is "generic" area until a few months out. One
would be that a person could plan to present research or a particular A&S
project because "event A" will be held close OR they know it won't be close
so they need to coordinate alternate routes like carpooling with someone who
is going or they are able and willing to save up the gas monies ahead of
time.

It would also create more consistent opportunities, in the long run, to meet
other people from other parts of the Kingdom that are in-Kingdom. (Such as
not only at major wars; WoW, Pennsic, GW, Blackstone Raids, etc etc etc)
