That's the thing... when we work together there is no "burden" placed on one
person. I wont expect anyone to help lug my armor or equipment to
events...but if I was a head chef I would hope that my crew would assist me
in the logistics. (I assume its the food materials and a few equip
essentials that is the difference) Otherwise I, as the head chef, am doing
something wrong. This is the cohesion part of my discussion..... then the
advantage of having a static site is that it will become more familiar for
everyone. (The marshall, the autocrat, the head chef, the A&S coordinator,
etc) That means more people can participate in service activities too...
what you are suggesting is that if I do not have the right kind of pots,
pans and cooking utensils of my own I will never be able to be a head cook.
