Having read the proposed changes, I was at first bemused, and then genuinely disturbed, but the preciseness of the new restrictions. How...exceedingly petty it all seems. I certainly hope that this law, if passed, would be as widely ignored as were period sumptuary laws. I certainly prefer the status quo. Kateryn Rous
