A contemptis contempt.

You can add a verb to stress that it is first person plural rather than 
third person plural (i.e., we are despised rather than they are despised).

That would be "A contemptis contempti sumus"

But you don't have to add the verb and as a motto it is better without it. .

I need to translate

Despised by the Despicable

into Latin. Ideally it would say either "We are despised by the despicable"
rather than "I am despised by the despicable." I'd even go for something
that translated into "We are held in contempt by those who are
contemptable." The original phrase is alliterative, which sounds cool to
me.Is that possible in Latin?

Unfortunately I don't know what the limits of Latin are.
