Sualce Lampree de Lomblos de Beuf (Du fait de cuisine)
Pain Frais

Beef, bacon, wine, mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme, red wine vinegar,
galingale root, cinnamon, flour, olive oil

Fresh Bread

2nd Course
Saumon Frez aux Beurre Blanc (Viandier)
Petite Pois et Poireaux

Salmon, white pepper, leeks, butter, white wine, salt 

Peas, onions, mint, garlic, butter

3rd Course 
Orengue de Pouchins (Menagier)
Salat de Herbes 

Chicken, white grapes, parsley oranges, ginger, garlic, lemons, white wine,
wine vinegar, 

Green lettuces, basil, spinach, fresh edible flowers, olive oil, vinegar,
mustard, salt, pepper

4th Course
Orangat (Menagier)
Confiture de Noiz ( Menagier)
Tarte aux Fraises

Candied Orange Peel, Honey cloves walnuts, almonds, ginger, strawberries,
