[MR] Question about 30 year site

Please, can anybody tell me anything about the site for Atlantia's 30 year 
celebration?  I have a huge collection of Acorns (some of which were printed in 
the late Master Vuong Manh's basement) old Corporas and bylaws, other old 
newsletters, a lot of things that people would probably like to see displayed at 
30 Year, but I'm a little leary of the thought of having them spread out on a 
table in a tent.  Are there any buildings on the site?  Is there any electricity 
in the camping area?  What are the provisions for inclement weather?  As a 
person with some mobility issues I would also like to have some idea about the 
facilities at the site so that I can plan ahead.  I know that this may seem a 
bit early for questions, but this is a major event and I am not the only one who 
needs to know these things.  Any information would be sincerely appreciated.
