I can answer your specific questions about the historical materials. I think that the event Autocrat, Siegfried McClure, will answer the rest.
 
We plan on having a Museum of Atlantia (the History Tent as we've been calling it) managed by the Kingdom Historian, Baron Stefan of Cambion. The History tent will have at least 3 sides to it. Anybody with materials such as yours should contact  Baron Stefan to make sure that he has the room for your items and that he expects them to arrive.
