Yet another option is to make spiffy Baronial Fighting Tabbards.
(Check with your local herald or Baron/Baroness for details on what it
should look like.  It will not be exactly the Baronial Arms.) The
fighter can look spiffy and can continue to use it even after they get
a tabbard of their personal arms.  Baronial pride is a good thing.
