When we recieve an award in court that is armigious, it is read into court
and on the scroll
"..... here bestow upon<name> and Award of Arms and here confer upon
[him/her] all the honours, privileges, and responsibilities inherent
thereunto. In recognition of this, We here Award unto <name> the sole right
to bear without hindrance these arms to wit: <blazon> ."

This gives you the right to display your arms. Until then the best option is
a simple tabbard is best. You will not accidently display something that is
registered to someone else. You will not have to remake it if what you want
is not available.
