[MR] BBC: Bannockburn 700th Anniversary plans

Noble friends, especially fellow Scots,

Scotland is planning a new interactive visitors' centre and other 
special events in 2014 to mark the 700th anniversary of the Battle of 
Bannockburn, Robert the Bruce's great triumph over Edward II and his 
English army:

The visitors' centre sounds great, but I'm not sure I would want to be 
there during the Commonwealth Games and a major golf tournament. Maybe 
2013 would be a better year to visit. We'll see.
