You are invited join me on July 31 between 1 and 6 PM, at the home of
Jenny Ketcham, in Hyattsville Maryland, for a celebration of the life
of George Nyhen, sometimes known as Ragnarr Thorwaldsson.

Please share this invitation with any of his friends who might be
interested in attending.

If you have any pictures of him that you can bring or send, I would
appreciate those, especially digital ones.

Please bring any stories of him that you can share. We will not have a
ceremony, but will share stories and memories of his life. With the
memories, we will be providing some snacks, and beverages, but if you
would like to bring a contribution, you are most welcome.

The street address is 8307 Rosette Lane, Adelphi, MD 20783

Directions from the Beltway (495) and New Hampshire Avenue (650):

Exit 28, southbound onto N. Hamp. Ave. About half a mile on, take a
left at your third light onto Metzerott Road. After another third of a
mile or so, at the top of the hill, take a right at the light onto
Riggs Road. About a half mile down, you'll see a limo service on your
right with a large white sign (Guye's Limo). If you see Adelphi Mill
on your right, you've gone too far. Take a fairly sharp left there
onto Cool Spring Road. At the first real left turn that you can take,
take a right onto Cool Spring Lane, (just to make it confusing). Then
take the first right onto Rosette Lane. It's the blue house on the
hill to your left, the second one in, counting the corner. It's only
on street parking and that gets very crowded on both CS Lane and
Rosette.

Directions from University Blvd (198) and/or DC via Riggs Road (212):

Best landmark from the Maryland Suburbs or DC is to look for the best
way to the intersection of Riggs Road (Riggs begins at the
intersection of North Capitol, New Hampshire and Missouri Avenues) and
University Blvd. From there you head northward for just under a mile,
and just after you've passed Adelphi Mill on your left, slow down for
a very sharp right onto Cool Spring Road. Then take your first right
onto Cool Spring Lane (just to be confusing), and the first right that
you come to is Rosette Lane. It’s the blue house on the hill, the
second house on the left, counting the corner. It’s only Street
parking, and it's pretty tight most times on both cul-de-sacs.

remembrance there, the evening of August 8.

I hope to see you.
