As pointed out by my faithful second, Lady Rhiannon, while His Majesty
intended to induct Lady Tovah and summoned her forth for said purpose, alas
she had already travelled onwards, and was unavailable.  My apologies to His
Majesty and Lady Tovah for "letting the cat out of the bag" in this
fashion.  If by chance Lady Tovah has not seen this report, I pray that all
will conspire to keep the secret.  I fear I must plead the aftereffects of a
new grandson.  Apparently my brains have become like unto tapioca, from an
overdose of cuteness and adorability in my household.
