[MR] Falconry & hunting

Unto those Gentles who may be interested in hunting with animal companions,
be the companion a Hound or other Dog, or an Owl, or a Hawk or a Falcon -

The mundane legislative body in one of the 
territories of the New World, hight "Virginia", 
is considering a law affecting this 
practice.  The new law would expand current 
decrees affecting Dogs so that they would also 
extend to Owls, Hawks  and Falcons.  This 
proposal is from Delegate Harvey Morgan, who is 
also the author of a proposal to deal realistically with a certain Herb.
