[MR] Lead scribes needed

Greetings Scribes,
If you are willing and able to be the lead scribe for one of the 
following events please contact me.

The following events need lead scribes:
Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival
Bright Hills Birthday and Investiture
Ymir
Nottinghill Coill Baronial Birthday
Day in the Middle East
Coronation (will need two lead scribes if possible)

For those interested, the lead scribe coordinates with the Court Herald 
to collect scrolls arriving at the event by scribes, assist Their 
Majesties in coordinating a time for their signing of the scrolls, 
adding dates and occasionally names to scrolls as it is confirmed that 
they will be on the docket.  You may also be asked to add names/dates to 
promissories if there are last minute additions.  Time involved is 15-20 
minutes early in the day making arrangements for coordinating the scroll 
signing and 30n min to an hour preparing the names/dates depending on 
how fast you work and how large the docket is.

note: If you have already volunteered to be the lead scribe for one of 
these events then my temperamental e-mail program probably ate your 
e-mail as I have not turned anyone down who offered to be lead scribe 
for an event but I have been picking some important e-mails out of the 
spam folder which has frustrated me greatly.
