7:00 am - 9:00 am - Early troll at Hampton Inn Hotel 
 
10:00 am - Troll opens at event site - Valhalla Begins
10:30 am - Games begin - Check in at MOL table for information
11:00 am - Royal Bardic competition - First round
11:30 am - First Royal Court -Main Hall
12:00 pm - A&S Competitions begin
12:00 - 2:00 pm - More games
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Children's Activities
1:00 pm - Royal Bardic Competition - Second Round
2:00 pm - Second Royal Court - Main Hall
3:00 pm - Royal Bardic Competition - Third Round
3:30 pm - A&S Judging 
4:30 pm - All A&S entries must be cleared
5:00 pm - Third Royal Court - Main Hall
 
Feast will follow approximately 30 minutes following Final Royal Court
 
Bardic to follow
 
10:00 pm - Valhalla (site) closes
