[MR] Archery event

Greeting to the list,
I was wondering if this list or perhaps another list is the best way to
reach the archers of Atlantia.  I would like to tell all who are interested
about an archery event right across the border in Meridies. Would this be an
appropriate place to post this, or would that be considered inappropriate?
