   I am thinking I am aware of a barony that may be interested in
   the purchase of a ballista.  It is my understanding that Lochmere may
   have at least one interested party.  We can check and see if the
   interest has lasted beyond the after glow of Pennsic.  do you have a
   particular price in mind?
