This is not aimed specifically at Chris; he merely provided the latest
example.

Trim your posts. It's exceedingly rude to impose such needless overhead
on every reader of the list. It makes reading the digest more painful.
It gives the impression that your ease of response trumps my ease of
reading.

If you bottom post instead of Jeopardy-style top post, it becomes obvious
that you need to trim out the unnecessary verbiage. That is another
benefit to bottom posting. Really. Try it. Please.
