[MR] Hurricane

FEMA/the President have declared a disaster for North Carolina following 
this hurricane.  This means two things in this trained disaster 
manager's mind:
1.  There'll be money for recovery after the storm abates.
2. GET THEE OUT OF THE WAY!!!  If FEMA is willing to declare a disaster 
this far out, they expect it to be very real, and very big.  I devoutly 
hope they're wrong, but they're usually not.

Not being a stormfriend....just making sure details get out.
