It wouldn't
The post was meant to stir up protests, and ignores that 
seismograph's would have done nothing as well as the fact the plants 
detected the quake, were properly shut down and are in stand by mode 
with full cooling.

This person also posted on the EK list and it was recommended that we 
ignore it there.
I'd suggest that be done here too :D
