Some power outages in Charlottesville (just over Caer G's western border in Isenfir.) Also, cell phones in Caer G are all but useless currently. Makes me glad I hadn't I didn't get rid of the land line - I wouldn't have been able to check on my elderly mom without it. Many banks in the area shutting down at 3 to have time to go over the buildings and make sure everything is OK. 911 was down in the area for about 45 minutes.
