[MR] What's wrong with this picture? (was Re: The Alleged Cesspit That Is The Merry Rose)

I have been trying to stay out of all this fuss, but I must also confess
that I also hate searching for replies. Especially when you cannot tell
where one ends and another begins. Some people will hide multiple
replies inside another post without leaving extra space, quotes, or any
other sign that the typer has changed. That's just really annoying when
you have to reread messages line by line. Sometimes when I wake up and
check my mail, I'll move those to new windows, but honestly I do not
read most of the ones I have to search though. Even after searching
though some line by line multiple times, I still cannot find the reply
and have to give up for sanity's sake. Others that are top replied to
like mine; I can load, read, and move on within 60 seconds. Why is it
not rude to make me hunt for your reply?
