[MR] Reminder: Sapphire Joust ACCEPS Deadline Registration - May 1

Sapphire Joust, May 27-30, is a month away!

This is a reminder that online pre-registration for Sapphire Joust through the ACCEPS system ends this Sunday, May 1.  

After May 1, we can still accept pre-registrations by mail, as long as they are post-marked by May 15th. After May 15th, pre-registration is closed for Sapphire.     

Group Camp registration also ends May 1st. All camps need to have a camp steward with an email address so the Registrar can get in contact with the camp steward.  
 
Please check out the Sapphire Joust website for information on martial and A&S activities for the weekend and site rules. 
Information for requesting list field space is also on the Registration page, as is the contact information for the Merchant Coordinator.
