[MR] Feast of St. Pyr VIII - This Weekend (April 30th)!

It is shaping up to be beautiful weather this weekend in the Barony of Black
Diamond, where we will celebrate with a day of classes, competitions,
drinking, and dancing!

Please remember that it is a primitive site.  There is a vault toilet, but
no potable water or electricity.  Feast will be potluck. Please bring a dish
to share and something to hydrate yourself throughout the day.  If you are
bringing newcomers, also remind them to bring a chair and feast gear.

You know about the classes.  You know about the poetry competition.  You
know about the bardic.  But, had we mentioned there is a cooking
competition?  Yes!  It will be sponsored by our own Baronesa Gracia.  To
enter, bring your best period dish to serve at least 4-6 people and
documentation.

I should mention that even though there is camping before and after, the
event itself is really Saturday-only.  All that is happening Friday night is
setting up our tents and classroom pavilions.
